This website runs from my homelab, alongside Dan-O’s local AI, a private support inbox and the Atlases.

It’s where I learn by building, troubleshooting and keeping real services running. The fun is understanding how all the pieces fit together.

Running at home

Proxmox hosts Ubuntu guests, with Docker and Nginx serving the site and maps. Dan-O uses a local model to navigate my approved public notes.

Built to recover

I’ve tested guest restarts and restored independent application backups in isolation. Recovery is part of the build, not just an afterthought.

Still learning

More repeatable deployments, backup routines and networking experiments. Build notes will grow alongside the lab.
